Yesterday, I was very hungry two hours before dinner, so I wanted to eat something light. That's why I made this grapefruit green smoothie. It was high in vitamins and fiber, so it was perfect healthy drink! It also tasted so great and satisfied my hunger. :) Anyway, I'm going to share how to make grapefruit green smoothie with you.
Ingredients (2 Servings)
1 Grapefruit
5 Strawberries
2 Tablespoons of Lemon Juice
1 Tablespoon of Chia Seeds
1 Kale Leaf
1 Cup of Ice Cubes
1. Blend all ingredients.
2. Enjoy!
