How to Make Fruit Smoothie

     I usually make fresh ginger and kale smoothie. Last week, kale leaves were ran out, but I wanted to use up frozen banana and strawberries in my freezer. That's why I made fruit smoothie. It was actually good! It's so refreshing! :)  I'm going to share how to make fruit smoothie with you.
How to Make Fruit Smoothie
Ingredients (1 Serving)

2 oz (60 ml) of lemon juice
1 orange (peeled)
1 tablespoon of chia seeds
1 frozen banana
3 frozen strawberries
1/2 cup of ice cubes

1. Blend lemon juice and orange.
2. Add chia seeds, bananas, strawberries and ice cubes. Blend them thoroughly.
3. Enjoy!
