      Today, I watched this music YouTube video. One of my favorite YouTubers, Rachel sings Have Yourself A Merry Little Christmas with her father. This song is also my favorite Christmas song. :) She is so beautiful and is amazingly talented!

      I have often listened to Michael Buble's album, Christmas, these days. Today, I enjoy listening to Holly Jolly Christmas, which was first sung by Burl Ives in 1965.

       Michael Buble has covered this song in his album. He sings this song as if it's very modern Christmas song. :)

       These days, I have often listened to Christmas, which was released by Canadian singer Michale Bublé in 2011. One of my favorite song from this album is Cold December Tonight. :))

       Christmas is just around the corner! :) I have been listening to Christmas songs everywhere these days. Today, my husband and I went to Panera for early dinner and finished our small task there. I have noticed that they played one of my favorite Christmas songs, I'll Be Home for Christmas, was recorded in 1943 by Bing Crosby.

We're A Couple of Misfits - Rudolph the Red-Nose Reindeer

        Since I purchased USPS holiday forever stamps, Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer, I have often seen its goods at many stores because it's Holiday season. I've sometimes watched this YouTube video and became a liking for this Elf, Hermey. I specially like the scene of that he tells Rudolph that he is a dentist at first even though he is not actually. I became more interested in their song, We're A Couple Of Misfits. They are so adorable. I would like to watch the whole movie some day. :)

Hermey: Oh, is this your snowbank?

Rudolph : No, who are you?

Hermey: Well, actually I am a dentist.

The Little Drummer Boy

 My husband bought Justine Bieber's Christmas album, Under the Mistletoe, on December 6. Since then, I have been constantly listing to the album.

The songs from the album makes my Christmas season bright. :) One of his rap song, Drummer Boy, has been lingering my head. :) It was not easy to catch the words during rap rhythm. I have searched about the song because I was curious. The song, The Little Drummer Boy, originally called "Carol of the Drum" and was written by an American composer in 1941. In the lyrics, a poor boy is invited to the nativity and wholeheartedly plays his drum since he doesn't have a gift to bring.

 Justine Bieber modernly expressed this song. In his lyrics, he used "twitter". :)

I have been listening to The Christmas Song, which was first recorded by The Nat King Cole Trio in early in 1946. I think this is one of the most well-known Christmas songs in the world.

I was listening to Christmas songs today.

When I was in Japan, I often listened to this song anywhere in December.
This is also one of the most frequently played Christmas songs in Japan.



When I lived in Japan, I couldn't understand the lyrics at all.
But now I'm glad I can understand the most of them. I feel like my studying has been paying off little by little.
