Kumamoto Ramen - What My Husband Cooked

     This weekend, my husband finally cooked this Kumamoto tonkotsu ramen for our lunch. 

      As I mentioned in my previous entry, he bought this box of Kumamoto ramen in Japan. It had 6 servings raw noodles and liquid tonkotsu soup.

      As you can see the photo below, the noodles were not dried ones. :) 

       He topped it with egg, green onion and nori. :) This Kumamoto tonkotsu soup was not as rich as tonkotsu ramen from Fukuoka, where I grew up, but we really loved Kumomoto style tonkotsu ramen! Thank my husband for delicious ramen. :)
