Japanese Curry with Fukujinzuke

Last night, my husband and I had Japanese curry for dinner. As I share how to cook Japanese curry in my previous entry with you, it's very easy to cook actually.

The red pickles are fukujinzuke (福神漬け) which is often used as a relish for Japanese curry. If you have ever been to Japanese curry restaurants, you have probably seen fukuzinzuke before. :)

By the way, it was the 2016 US presidential election day yesterday. We watched ABC News before and after dinner.

Eventually, Donald Trump was elected the 45th president of the U.S.
