Myojo Chukazanmai

     Tonight, my husband cooked Myojo Chukazanmai, Japanese instant ramen. This time, he cooked Myojo Chukazanmai Soy Sauce Flavor and Soybean Paste Flavor. I loved the texture of their noodles which were like real noodles. :)

      I think Myojo Chukazanmai is the best instant ramen you can purchase at Japanese supermarkets in the U.S. (If you are in Japan, I recommend you to try Marutai instant ramen though.) Myojo is one of the most famous Japanese food processing companies and was established in Japan in 1950. I love their Ippeichan Yakisoba, Charumera noodles, Hiyashichuka, and so on.
