Two Reasons Why I Decided to Finish My Everyday Blogging

As I announced about my blog in my yesterday's entry, I will finish my everyday blogging next month. I've been thinking about it these years and decided it this summer.  Today, I'm going to share the reasons why I decided to finish my everyday blogging with you.  (I will continue my everyday blog until November 22nd. Then, I will update my blog only when I want to share something with you.)

1. Time Is Life
Writing every day is not very hard, but creating an entry with enough contents every day is very hard. I think about what I will write today almost all the time. Many times, I couldn't write enough contents because I was very busy that day, so I felt guilty about that. In contrast, when I could write up entry with enough contents, I ended up getting exhausted because it took me hours and hours to finish writing it. I would like to write only interesting entries, but it's very hard to do so every day.
This year, I realized that "time is life." We all know that our time is limited, but we often forget about the fact. "Time Is Life." This is one of things I learned from Mao Kobayashi, who was a Japanese newscaster, was named one of the BBC's 100 Women in 2016, and died at age 34. You can check out my previous entries, here and here. I thought it's time to decide what I continue and what I give up because time is life.

2. Want to Try New Things
Recently, I've found some interesting Japanese blogs which have a lot of pictures like manga. My favorite blog is this one. She is sharing her family stories with manga through her blog. I thought that I also would like to draw pictures for my blog because I really loved drawing when I was a child. However, I immediately thought that I didn't have time to try new things because I was already too busy blogging every day. Then, I realized that if I slow down my blogging, I could try new things. I'm not sure if I draw for my blog in the future, but I can also try some other things for my life.

Overall, I really like blogging. I like sharing my thoughts, information about Japan and beauty, and etc with you. I just want to take more time to write each entry and forget blogging sometimes.  :)

    1. Thank you for reading my blog for years. :) I'm happy that I have a longtime follower! By the way, I'm usually a silent reader too. I've been reading some blogs but never or rarely leave a comment. ;)
