Hourenso no Ohitashi |
1 bunch of spinach
1 can of tuna (squeeze tuna out of oil)
2 tablespoons of soy sauce
2 tablespoons of mirin
1 tablespoon of sesame oil
1. Cover the spinach with plastic food wrap, and microwave it for 1 minute.
2. Squeeze water out of the spinach.
3. Cut it into 1 and half inch length.
4. Mix tuna, soy sauce, mirin and sesame oil in a large bowl.
5. Toss spinach into them.
6. Enjoy!
