    This week, I watched this YouTube video about best Japanese sunscreen products recommended by Sumisho who is a Japanese YouTuber and used to work for a Japanese cosmetic company as a cosmetic scientist in Japan. He recommends sunscreen products for people who have very sensitive skins including small kids. If you understand Japanese, you should check out his YouTube channel. He talks about many Japanese products from a professional point of view. Today, I'm going to share with you three best Japanese sunscreens the Japanese cosmetic scientist recommended in his video.

Curel UV Protection Face Milk SPF30 PA++

       In Japan, Curel is a skin care brand of Kao, one of the largest cosmetic companies in Japan. Japanese Curel products are made for people who have sensitive dry skins.

       This Curel UV Protection Face Milk does not make your face look pale, so it's also perfect for men and kids. In addition, this is a sweat and water resistant sunscreen, so you might want to use makeup remover to remove sunscreen completely.

2. Nivea Sun Protect Water Milk Mild SPF 50+ PA+++ (ニベアサン プロテクト ウォーター ミルク マイルドSPF50+ PA+++)

Nivea Sun Protect Water Milk Mild SPF 50+ PA+++

       If you are looking for the most affordable sunscreen with high SPF, you should try Nivea Sun Protect Water Milk Mild SPF 50+ PA+++. This is also a sweat and water resistant sunscreen, so you might want to use makeup remover to remove this sunscreen completely. This sunscreen slightly leaves a white cast on your skin, so it's good to use as a makeup primer, but if you don't wear makeup, you might want to skip this sunscreen.

Nivea Sun Protect Water Milk Mild SPF 50+ PA+++

     Before applying this sunscreen, shake it well to make sure the protective ingredients are mixed in thoroughly.

Orbis UV CUT Sunscreen Freence SPF30 PA+++

       ORBIS UV Cut Sunscreen Freence SPF30 PA+++ has many positive reviews in Japan. Even though it's not a waterproof sunscreen, it's very gentle to your skin and you can remove this sunscreen with your facial cleanser or regular soap very easily. You don't need to use makeup remover to remove this sunscreen, so it's also perfect sunscreen for kids. Many people review that it doesn't make your skin sticky.
      ORBIS products can be purchased at department stores and ORBIS branches, ORBIS The Shop, in Japan. You can also find ORIBIS The Shop at many Aeon supermarkets.

I've noticed that it gradually fades dark spots. However, I am not sure when I can fly to Japan next time to purchase this one again because we don't know when the coronavirus pandemic ends. That's why I really don't want to waste every last drop of it. 😁

How to Make Chicken Burritos

     Last week, my husband and I enjoyed homemade chicken burritos. It was easy to make and really delicious. 😋 He told me that it's as delicious as one Mexican restaurants serve. Today, I'm going to share with you how to make chicken burritos. I hope that you will try this recipe.

How to Make Chicken Burritos

Ingredients (6 Servings)
1 Lb of Chicken Thigh (Chopped)
Pinch of Salt and Black Pepper
2 Cloves of Garlic (Minced)
1/2 Onion (Minced)
1 Tablespoon of Chili Powder
1 Tablespoon of Dried Oregano Leaves
1 Teaspoon of Cumin Powder
2 Rice Cups of Uncooked White Rice
1 Can of Black Beans
1 Can of Diced Tomato
400 ml (13.5 fl oz) of Water
Large Tortilla (10") for Burritos
Your Favorite Cheese
Cilantro, Coriander (Chopped)
Your Favorite Salsa





1. Heat oil in a pan over high heat. Put chicken in it. Sprinkle salt and black peppers. Stir-fry them for a few minutes.

2. Add garlic and onion.

3. Add chili powder, oregano and cumin powder. stir them thoroughly. Stir-fry them for two minutes.

4. Add uncooked rice, black beans, tomato and water. Stir to combine, and cover the lid. Cook it over medium high heat for 20 minutes. 

After 20 minutes, check if the rice is fully cooked.

5. Heat tortilla for seconds.  

6. Place aluminum foil over the plate.

7. Place tortilla and cheese.

8. Put burrito filling and cilantro. 

9. Roll them up. 

10. Wrap it with aluminum foil.

11. Enjoy with your favorite salsa!

How to Brew Coffee with AeroPress Coffee Maker

     This week, I've uploaded a new video, How to Brew Coffee with AeroPress Coffee Maker, on my YouTube channel. AeroPress is a coffee maker which was invented by Alan Adler, a president of Aerobie, in 2005. AeroPress has a lot of materials and looks complicated, but it's actually easier to brew coffee with it than it looks. You can brew a perfect cup of coffee in two minutes or so. I hope you will enjoy it. :)

What You'll Need
AeroPress
Fine Grind Coffee
Hot Water

1. Put a filter in the cap.

2. Twist the cap onto the chamber.

3. Put the chamber on to the mug.

4. Put 1 and half scoops of fine grind coffee in the chamber.

5. Shake the chamber gently to level the coffee evenly.

6. Add 175℉ (80℃) hot water to the level 2 on the chamber.

7. Stir for 10 seconds.

8. Insert plunger and press gently for 20 to 40 seconds.

 9. Enjoy!

10. For American coffee, add hot water to the cup for total of 8 oz (225 ml) of coffee.

How to Clean Up
Remove the cap. Then, push the plunger to eject used coffee. Rinse the rubber seal.
