How To Make Healthy Okara Chocolate Cake

Today, I baked my favorite okara chocolate cake! Okara (おから) is tofu byproducts. Tofu lees, soy pulp, is called okara in Japanese. Okara is high nutrient food and is high in protein and fiber, so this okara chocolate cake is very healthy dessert, and it actually tastes more delicious than regular chocolate cake made from flour. :) Today, I'm going to share how to make okara chocolate cake with you. I hope you can try it.

Ingredients
40g (1.4 oz) of Butter (Melted)
4 Egg Yolks

200g (7 oz) of Fresh Okara
4 Egg Whites
150g (5.1 oz) of Sugar
Fresh Okara

2. Add fresh okara and mix them thoroughly.

3. Put egg whites and sugar into the mixer bowl and whisk together to make meringue.
