I Should Share My Experience on Amazon

I was supposed to receive Grey's Anatomy DVDs, which I ordered from Amazon on June 12, by today. The seller hasn't replied to the email which I sent on June 25. I'm going to ask the seller for a refund, but I don't think the seller will reply. I assume I will have to contact Amazon. I have never rated my transaction on Amazon, but I think I should share my experience.
