Last week, I cooked this fluffy mushroom omelette for my quick lunch. It's easy to make and is very delicious. The mushrooms had nice and flavorful umami, and the egg was fluffy because it had mayonnaise in it.
Today, I'm going to share how to cook fluffy mushroom omelettes with you. I hope you will try this recipe.
Ingredients for One Serving
1 Teaspoon of Olive Oil
1 Mushroom (Sliced)
1 Egg
1 Teaspoon of Mayonnaise
1 Tablespoon of Ketchup
My Frozen Mushrooms
I usually store mushrooms in a freezer because it's quick and easy to use and lasts longer. I read a Japanese article that freezing mushroom boosts umami flavor.
