Japanese Deep Fried Chicken, Kara-age

      Tonight, I made deep fried chicken for dinner. I usually purchase chicken breasts, but today I bought chicken thighs which are suitable for Japanese deep fried chicken. It was juicy and tasted great! I'll share the recipe next time.
