Today, my husband and I went to Albertsons to purchase some grocery. Then, we found some local reusable bags there. While we already owned some reusable bags, we decided to purchase them. It's because these adorable reusable bags were only released locally, and we will need to keep some reusable bags in our cars soon anyway. Grocery stores, drug stores and convenience stores in California will no longer be able to distribute single-use plastic bags to customers for free from next summer. All we need to bring a reusable bag or pay 10 cents for one plastic bag. I think plastic bag ban will be great for everyone. Many people use too many plastic bags now. When I was living in Osaka, Japan, we always brought our reusable bags to grocery stores because we were able to get reward from stores by not using plastic bag. I think I will get used to new rule soon here in California. :)
