What We Purchased at Whole Foods

These were the grocery we purchased at Whole Foods that day. When we go to Whole Foods, we often purchase grape tomatoes and baby carrots. Their fresh grape tomatoes always taste so good. I also love their frozen shelled edamame because edamame shells are already removed, so it's easy to cook and eat.

 Thanksgiving Lunch

Turkey Bacon & Swiss Wrap
Turkey Bacon & Swiss Wrap was $5.99. We had it for lunch with bacon, fried eggs, grape tomatoes and baby carrots.

I wanted to have something with turkey meat on Thanksgiving. It was healthy and perfect lunch for us. 😊

Thanksgiving Dinner

Air Fryer Turkey Wings

At the Whole Foods, we were going to purchase Rotisserie Chicken for dinner (because a rotisserie turkey was too big for us), but we ended up purchasing fresh turkey wings there. Three fresh turkey wings were only $9.58. As soon as we came back home from Whole Foods, I rubbed two teaspoons of salt on fresh turkey wings. Then, I soaked them in sake, Japanese alcohol for 6 hours or so in order to get rid of smell of meat and soften meat. Finally, I cooked them with our Gourmia 6-qt air fryer for 40 minutes in total. (Air fry them for 20 minutes. Then flip them over. Air fry them for another 20 minutes).

We also made scones, mushed potatoes and cream of mushroom soup. It was super easy Thanksgiving dinner!
