Ingredients (2 Servings)
1 Green Bell Pepper (Sliced)
Nip of Salt and Black Pepper
1/2 Cup of Shredded Cheese
1 Tomato (Diced)
1. Put sliced bell peppers on the plate. Sprinkle salt and black pepper. Cover it with plastic wrap. Microwave it for 2 minutes.
2. Remove plastic wrap. Add shredded cheese and tomatoes. Microwave it without plastic wrap for 1 minute.
3. Enjoy!
