How to Make Fresh Green Smoothie

       Today, my husband made delicious fresh green smoothie for me. Because of ginger and lime, it was spicy and sour. :)  It tasted like the Hangar, which is served at fresh juice bar in Whole Foods. I'm going to share how to make spicy fresh green smoothie with you.


Fresh Green Juice

Ingredients
2 limes
1 orange
1 apple
1 banana
3 leaves of kale
1/2 inch of ginger
1 cup of ice


1. Squeeze limes into a blender.
2. Peel orange and banana. Then, chop all fruit and vegetable.
3. Add orange into the blender. Blend lime juice and orange. (Blend juicy fruit first.)
4. Then, add banana, apple, kale, and ginger. Blend them.
5. Add ice and blend them.
6. Enjoy!
