Hikari Menraku Restaurant Style Ramen Miso Tonkotsu Taste |
Last weekend, my husband and I tried Menraku Restaurant Style Ramen Miso Tonkotsu Taste, instant ramen made by Hikari Miso, for our first time, and it was so delicious! It reminded me of miso ramen we had at a ramen restaurant in Hokkaido, Japan. If you are planning on visiting Hokkaido, you should try miso ramen, which originated in Hokkaido, there.

This pack of Hikari Menraku Restaurant Style Ramen Miso Tonkotsu Taste had two servings of ramen noodles and powdered soup. Today, I'm going to share with you how my husband cook it.

Ingredients (2 Servings)
1 Pack of Hikari Menraku Restaurant Style Ramen Miso Tonkotsu Taste
2 Cups of Water
2 Eggs
2 Green Onions (Thinly Sliced)
Lightly stir-fried corns, bean sprouts, cabbages, garlic and hard boiled eggs are also perfect toppings for miso ramen.
1. Bring water to a boil. Then, add dried noodles and cook them for 3 minutes. Stirring occasionally.
2. Mix in soup powders. Sir well.
3. Serve in a large ramen bowl. Add a cooked egg. (My husband always cooks eggs with a microwave oven. Put a little water in a small cup and put a fresh egg in it. Then microwave it for seconds. If you over cooked the egg in a microwave oven, you know that it would be exploded in it. Try not to over cook the egg.)
4. Top it with green onions.
5. Serve and enjoy!
