Pike Place Chowder - Traveling Seattle, Day 1-2/7

My husband and I arrived at Seattle Tacoma International Airport on May 23. After getting a rental car, we headed toward Pike Place Market, which is known as the Seattle's most popular tourist destination .

Pike Place Market was crowded with so many people.

It was already 2 p.m., so we were pretty hungry. We decided to go to Pike Place Chowder, which is a very popular chowder restaurant there. We waited in a super long line for 30 minutes or so. While waiting there, the staff handed out their menu. That's why we were able to take our time to decide which we would have there. The line moved pretty quickly, and we could order sooner than I had expected.

There were so many kinds of chowder we could choose from.

We ordered the Make It A Sampler, which was customer's choice of four 5 oz cups of any chowder. We chose New England Clam Chowder, Manhattan Style Chowder, Seafood Bisque and Market Chowder. It was right size for two people. :) All of them tasted so good! I thought I would like to cook chowder at home some day!
