I am going to upload next my coffee video, How to Make Cold Brewed Coffee, on my YouTube channel next month. When I was living in Japan, I sometimes made cold brewed coffee at home. Iced coffee brewed with cold water tastes much better than one brewed with hot water. I always used a Japanese cold brew pot to make iced coffee in Japan, but actually, you cam make it without the pot. Last week, I made cold brewed coffee many times to find out the best ratio of coffee beans and water, and I also compared the tastes of iced coffee brewed for three different extraction time to know how the coffee taste changes as time progresses. That's why it will take time to make the video to share the best way to brew iced coffee.
