Haul - Japanese Sweets and Snacks Part 2

As I mentioned in my previous entry, I bought a lot of sweets and snacks in Japan last month. I shared the half of those last time, and now I'm going to share the rest of sweets with you. :)

I bought some Milky, which is Japanese candy made by Fujiya. Milky has milky taste and chewy. Fujiya was founded in 1910, and Milky has been selling since 1952.
I bought three kinds of Milky, and this is original one. It was 138yen at discount store.

This is Nama Milky, which was just released last year. Nama means raw in Japanese, so this candy is softer than original one. It was 138yen at discount store.

The inside of the candy has milky cream taste! It became my best Milky candy ever!

This is Milky Kiwami Maccha, which has maccha taste. This was just released last month for a limited time only. I was really lucky to stay in Japan last month. :) It was 139yen at discount store.

I've just tasted this candy and love it. It has decent maccha and milky taste. If you like maccha flavor, you will definitely like it.

I bought this Sakuma Ichigo Milk, which is famous Japanese candy made by Sakuma, which was founded in 1947. This candy was first released in 1970 and has been very popular since then. Ichigo means strawberry in Japanese, so this has milky and strawberry taste. This is hard candy but is also crunchy. I bought it for 138yen at discount store.

I also bought this Tokunou Milk 8.2, which is hard candy made by UHA Mikakutou, which was founded in 1949. I bought it for 139yen at discount store. Tokunou means specially condensed in Japanese, so it has rich in milk taste. By the way, if you go to supermarket in Japan, you can see tokunou milk (特濃牛乳) at dairy section. I have never seen tokunou milk in the U.S., so I think it's very unique. Tokunou milk is milk but has more rich in milk taste. Tokunou milk is taste better than original milk to me. If you go to Japan, you should try tokunou milk (特濃牛乳). You can see there is number on the package, such as 特濃4.4 and 特濃4.5. The higher number indicates more condensed milk. You will also find teishibou milk (低脂肪牛乳) at dairy section. Teishibou milk is less fat, which is more healthy but has bland taste.

I bought this Konnyaku Batake, which is konnyaku jelly made by Mannan Life, which was founded in 1964. This jelly is made of konnyaku instead of gelatin, so this jelly is low-calorie and high-fiber, which are very healthy. I bought 2 packages, which are grape and apple flavor. These taste so good! This was 125yen at discount store.
Konnyaku Batake (蒟蒻畑) by Mannan Life (マンナンライフ) for 125yen
The only things you should know is that these are jelly but harder than ordinarily one. Because of konnyaku, these have elasticity and do not melted in your mouth. You need to chew it before swallowing it in order to avoid danger of suffocation. The manufacturer do not recommend it for small children and elderly people.

I bought two packages of KitKat. KitKat was created in England, and now you can see many different kinds of KitKat by Nestle in everywhere globally. According to Wikipedia, "in Japan, Nestlé has introduced over 200 different flavours since 2000."  It sounds crazy, doesn't it? Some flavors are released in limited area or in limited time in Japan.
I bought this maccha flavor, which was first released two years ago. Before buying it, I had already known that it has many positive reviews on Amazon, so I wanted to try it! It was 229yen at discount store.
