Red Ginger in St. George, Utah

      My husband and I are going on a road trip. We are staying in Utah tonight. We searched good restaurants here and found this Chinese restaurant, Red Ginger, which has many positive reviews on Yelp. We decided to try this restaurant for dinner.

     We ordered their Egg Flower Soup for $2.25. We put these chips on the soup, and it turned out very good!

      This Mongolian Beef with Fried Rice was $8.99. This dish tasted really good but was pretty greasy. Their fried rice was just as good as I expected.

     This Cashew Shrimp with Fried Rice was $12.95. This dish had many kinds of vegetable, so I really liked it. Shrimps were fresh and juicy. :)
