Conrad Tokyo |
As I mentioned in my previous entries, my husband and I visited Japan last year.
Because he had a Hilton Honors Diamond Status, we wanted to stay in some Hilton hotels in Japan. In 2019, we stayed in Conrad Osaka, and we really loved their luxury executive lounge, high quality fancy breakfast buffet and great fitness gym. Then, we stayed in Conrad Las Vegas in 2021. Obviously, Conrad Osaka was more luxury than Las Vegas one. In 2022, we decided to stay in Conrad Tokyo for our first time.

This Christmas tree was in the next to the front desk in the lobby.

We were going to check in at the front desk on the 28th floor. However, because the lobby was a bit crowded at that time, the staff took us to the executive lounge on the 37th floor. If you stay in an executive room or has a Hilton Honors Diamond Status, you can check in at the executive lounge without waiting in a line.

King Executive City Room (48 sq m/516 sq ft)
Our room was on the 36th floor. We had originally booked the least expensive room, but when we checked in at this hotel, they upgraded our room to this King Executive City Room because of Hilton Honors Diamond status.
There were adorable Conrad Duck and Conrad Bear on the bed. You can take them to your home for free. :)

In the mini fridge, there were soft drinks, beer, chocolate. A can of coke was 920 yen, which is seven to eight times more expensive than regular price at convenience stores.
Bathroom
There were two fluffy bathrobes.
It had the double sink vanity.
The soap was from luxury Byredo.
Conrad mouthwash and sanitizer.
In the white boxes, there were razor, hair comb, cotton balls, cotton pads, hair accessory, dental flosses, toothbrushes, body washing towel, and bath salt.

Turn-down Service
Around 5 p.m. through 8 p.m., Conrad hotel staffs prepare rooms for guests to sleep in. After coming back from the Executive Lounge Evening Cocktail, we noticed that room light was turned down and two pairs of pajama were on the bed. Two bottles of water were added to the bedside tables.
The mini table was placed near the windows, and the bucket with full of ice was placed on the table.
The view of night cityscape from the window represented Tokyo. We saw many people working in Dentsu headquarter building at late night. Many people in Japan work hard for long hours. I also used to do so when I lived in Japan.
