How to Bake Bread by Using KitchenAid Stand Mixer

I'm going to share how to bake bread by using KitchenAid stand mixer.

Ingredients
300g of enriched flour
3g of active dry yeast
15g of sugar
5g of salt
50cc of milk (step 1)
200cc of milk (step 3)
25g of butter

1. Place enriched flour, yeast, sugar, salt and 50cc of milk in KitchenAid bowl, then mix it throughly.
2. Attach the bowl and dough hook to mixer. Turn to Speed 2 and mix for about 1 minute.
3. Continuing on Speed 2, add 200cc of milk, and mix for about 20 minutes.
4. Continuing on Speed 2, add melted butter, and mix for about 20 minutes until dough is smooth and elastic.
5. Place dough in greased bowl, turning to grease top. Cover. Let rise in warm place, free from draft, about 1 hour until doubled in bulk.
6. Punch dough down and divide in half. Place it in bowl for 20 minutes. Roll out each dough using your hand. Then, fold it twice. Roll it from the edge. Place each dough in the greased loaf pans.
7. Cover with wet paper. Let rise in warm place, free from draft, about 1 hour until doubled in bulk.
8. Bake at 400 ℉ until golden brown, about 35 minutes. Remove form pans immediately.
9. Enjoy.
