Because of its soft texture, it's really easy to apply. It dries matte and won't smudge. It's a truly waterproof eyeliner

Indeed, I applied it on my hand and rubbed it hard, but it didn't smudge at all. I also wet my hand and rubbed it again, but it still stayed on perfectly. Therefore, if you cry and rub your eyes, I think that it stays on beautifully.

In contrast, in order to remove your waterproof eye makeup completely, you need oil-based makeup remover or eye makeup remover. I love oil-based makeup remover and have used it every day for many years, so it doesn't bother me at all though.

Overall, I am impressed at this eyeliner and really love it! I will definitely purchase it again!
