When I was in Japan, Japanese yen was pretty low (1 USD was 141 yen at that time.), so everything I saw in Japan looked an incredible bargain to me. 😂

If you don't know what nyueki is, nyueki (乳液) is Japanese emulsion skincare products which you are supposed to apply after keshosui (化粧水), which is Japanese facial lotion. Keshosui and nyueki are essential skincare items for Japanese women. Keshosui, which is like "water," is used to hydrate skin, and then you are supposed to apply nyueki, which is like "a lid." Nyueki is used to prevent water evaporation. It can keep your skin moisturized all day long.

Anyway, today, I'm going to share with you two Japanese Emulsion Skincare Products I Purchased in Japan.

1. Momo Puri Moist Barrier Milk (ももぷり潤いバリア乳液)

I've often seen Momo Puri products in Japanese beauty magazin and YouTube videos. LDK Beauty Magazine says Momo Puri Moist Barrier Milk (ももぷり潤いバリア乳液) keeps your skin well hydrated all day long. It contains three kinds of ceramide to keep your skin hydrated and improve skin elasticity. I cannot wait to try it.

2. Hada Labo Gokujyun Aging Care Emulsion (肌ラボ極潤薬用ハリ乳液)

Nyueki

Purchased 140 ml for 1,000 yen ($7.09) at Donki in Tokyo

Can be purchased at most drugstores in Japan

Hada Labo Gokujyun Aging Care Emulsion (肌ラボ極潤薬用ハリ乳液)

I found that Japanese beauty experts say Hada Labo Gokujyun Aging Care Emulsion (肌ラボ極潤薬用ハリ乳液) is the best nyueki you can purchase at drugstores in Japan. It contains niacinamide which helps to reduce fine lines and wrinkles and prevents hyperpigmentation.
