Hotel Room Tour and Review – The Panoramic Suite Experience at Hilton Fukuoka Sea Hawk, Japan

Hilton Fukuoka Sea Hawk Panoramic Suite

As I mentioned in my previous entry, my husband and I traveled to Japan last year and had the pleasure of staying at three different hotels during our visit to Fukuoka: Hotel Front Inn Fukuoka Airport, ANA Crowne Plaza Fukuoka, and Hilton Fukuoka Sea Hawk.

This was our second stay at the Hilton Fukuoka. We also stayed here two years ago and had a great time. Walking into the lobby again felt comforting and familiar. We were excited to come back.

4F Lobby

At the Hilton Fukuoka, we checked in at the lobby on the fourth floor. We had originally booked the most budget-friendly room, but thanks to my husband’s Hilton Honors Diamond status, we received an upgrade based on availability. This time, we were lucky to be upgraded to a Panoramic Suite. A hotel staff member mentioned it’s the most popular room on Instagram because it sits at the tip of the building and offers an incredible ocean view.

Some of the Perks of Hilton Honors Diamond Status

・A complimentary continental breakfast for you and up to one guest registered to the same room each day of your stay (This hotel's breakfast costs 3,600 yen per person, so our 7,200-yen meals were free. )
・Executive Floor Lounge Access (You can enjoy complimentary drinks and light meals there.)
・Space-available upgrade to a preferred room
・1,000 Hilton Honors Bonus Points per stay
・Premium Wi-Fi
・We received complimentary public bath entry tickets. The rock bathtub, situated on the 8th floor, was a delightful feature. These tickets, originally valued at 3,520 yen, were provided to us free of charge.

Welcome Gift from Hilton Fukuoka Sea Hawk

We received a welcome gift bag, and inside the paper bag were Hakata Minorika — one of Fukuoka’s well-known confectioneries.

Panoramic Suite (53-55㎡ / 570-592 Sq ft)

Panoramic Suite

Our Panoramic Suite was located on the 19th floor. As you enter, the bedroom is to the right and the living room is to the left.

Panoramic Suite

The bed was a spacious King-size (180 cm x 200 cm), perfect for stretching out and relaxing. From the window, we had a stunning view of PayPay Dome Fukuoka — it felt like the city was right at our feet.

The large closet included robes and slippers for our stay.

The living room featured a large sofa and a wide window that offered a beautiful view of Seaside Momochi.

Mini Bar

There was a mini bar counter equipped with a Nespresso coffee maker.

Next to the coffee maker, there were two bottles of water provided for brewing. However, only three Nespresso pods were available for the two of us.

Bathroom

Bathroom Area

The bathroom was one of the highlights of our Panoramic Suite. Its layout felt spacious, stretching like a corridor toward the tub at the far end. Large windows bathed the entire room in natural light, making it feel fresh and open.

The bathroom had a single-sink vanity and felt very spacious.

There were Crabtree & Evelyn shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, facial soap bar, toothbrushes, rather, cotton balls, shower cap, hair comb, and skincares set for men and women.

This was a Pola Hitotoki (ひととき) travel skincare set. It included makeup remover, facial cleansing, lotion and emulsion.

There was a shower area to the left and a separate toilet area to the right.

You can also enjoy a view from the window in the toilet area.

There was a button on the wall to open and close the curtains. You could enjoy the view while relaxing in the bath.

I was really surprised by the view from the bathroom. The big windows gave us a wide, clear look at Hakata Bay. It felt like the sea and sky were part of the room. Just like the hotel staff said, this place is popular for a reason. The design is clean and modern, and the view is amazing. It’s the kind of spot you’d definitely want to share on Instagram.

At night, the view from the bathroom was even more beautiful. The city lights sparkled across Hakata Bay, and the buildings glowed in the dark. I was amazed by how bright and peaceful everything looked. The reflections on the water made the whole scene feel like a dream.

I enjoyed watching Fukuoka Tower glow at night. The lights were bright and beautiful. The city looked calm and peaceful from the window.

The next morning, I enjoyed the panoramic view from the bathroom windows again. Below us, cars moved steadily along the highways. Hakata Bay looked calm and quiet, with soft light reflecting off the water.

I decided to soak in the bathtub and enjoy the peaceful ocean view that morning. The calm sea and soft light made everything feel quiet and refreshing.

While soaking in the bath, I could see PayPay Dome on my right and Fukuoka Tower on my left. The view stretched across the city and the bay, making the morning feel extra special.

I never expected to stay in a Panoramic Suite at Hilton Fukuoka, so it became one of my favorite memories from the trip. The views from the bathroom windows were especially unforgettable—so wide and luxurious, with the city and bay stretching out before me. It was a special experience I’ll always remember.

Next time, I’ll share my experience with the executive lounge at Hilton Fukuoka Seahawk.
