My husband and I donated a lot of goods to
Goodwill today. We had so many items which we wouldn't use anymore, so we really wanted to give away those for a long time. Since we were swamped with starting our small online business, we didn't have time to go to Goodwill for months. That's why we were glad that we finally accomplished one of our tasks today!

We asked the staff for a Donation Tax Receipt, which we will need to fill out information to fill a tax return next spring.

The back of the receipt reads,
"Goodwill is in the business of helping people who are facing barriers to get and keep jobs, which provides purpose, pride, and dignity. We believe the power of work changes lives". I believe that the system of Goodwill is great for everyone. Thus, we always try to collect items which we don't use anymore and donate those to Goodwill annually. :)
