Homemade Butter Crust Bread |
Last week, we baked this fluffy homemade butter crust bread for our first time. I really liked it because it had rich butter flavor. When you toast it, the crust is savory and crispy. 😋 Today, I'm going to share with you how to make butter crust bread with Panasonic Bread Maker. I hope you will try this recipe.
How to Make Butter Crust Bread
Ingredients
220g of Water
98g of Butter
30g of Sugar
4g of Salt
360g of Bread Flour
4g of Dry Yeast
1. Set all ingredients in the bread maker. Make sure that the dry yeast does not touch the liquid. (I prefer to put all liquid ingredients first. Then, add bread flour, and finally put dry yeast over the bread flour.)
2. Set the program.
For Panasonic Bread Maker
Bread Mode : Basic
Baking Option : Bake
Size : XL
Crust : Light
Timer : Your Choice
3. Enjoy!
If you find it difficult to slice homemade bread, I recommend you to try an electric knife. It's so much easier to slice bread perfectly.
