I have a genuine fondness for green beans. Whenever I dine at Chinese restaurants, my go-to order is stir-fried green beans. Recently, I’ve been preparing this delightful dish at home quite frequently. I stumbled upon a fantastic recipe in this YouTube video, and the results were absolutely delicious. Today, I'm going to share how to cook easy stir-fried green beans with you. I hope you will give it a try.
Ingredients for 6 Servings
1/2 lb of Green Beans
1 Tablespoon of Oil
2 Cloves of Garlic (Minced)
1 Whole Red Chili Pepper (Thinly Sliced)
1 Teaspoon of Sake
1 Teaspoon of Soy Sauce
2/3 Teaspoon of Chicken Bouillon Powder
1 Tablespoon of Water
1. Slice the green beans into pieces that are 1 to 2 inches long.
2. Heat oil in a large pan over high heat. Add green beans and stir-fry them for a minute.
3. Cover the lid and cook for another minute.
4. Place the cooked green beans on the side of the pan, and on the open side, heat oil and saute the garlic and red chili peppers until fragrant.
5. Then, stir-fry green beans, garlic and red chili peppers.
6. Reduce the heat to medium low. Add sake and soy sauce in it. Stir them.
7. Add chicken bouillon powder and water in it. Stir them.
8. Serve and enjoy!
