Hilton Tokyo Fitness Center |
As I mentioned in my previous entries, my husband and I visited Japan in 2022 and stayed in Hilton Tokyo Shinjuku. While staying the hotel, we went to Hilton Tokyo fitness center after having dinner at executive lounge.
If you are staying in Hilton Tokyo, you can access to the fitness center (fitness gym, pool, and sauna) for free, otherwise it costs 7,700 yen as a visitor.
Fitness Area Hours
・Pool : 7 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Fitness Center (5th Floor)
We visited the fitness area around 8 p.m. and found it empty.
At the entrance, there was the water dispenser.
This fitness center is divided into three rooms, Cardio, Cardio & Strength, and Free Weights. Each room has different fitness equipment.
Cardio Room
Cardio Room |
The Cardio room had Technogym treadmills and cross trainers which are effective for aerobic exercise.
Cardio Room |
When I stay in Hilton hotel, I always like exercising with a cross trainer because it engages your upper body, lower body, and core muscles, providing a comprehensive workout experience.
Cardio & Strength Room
Cardio & Strength Room |
The Cardio & Strength room had exercise bikes and exercise equipment.
You can exercise with these bikes while enjoying the beautiful night views through the windows.
Free Weights Room
Free Weights Room |
There were many kinds of dumbbells in the Free Weights room.
While the executive lounge was too crowded, there was nobody at the fitness center. 😂
My husband and I maintain a daily 30-minute workout routine at home, and we don't have gym membership in the U.S. That's why we always really enjoy working out at a hotel fitness gym while traveling.
Next day, we enjoyed breakfast buffet at Marble Lounge in Hilton Tokyo. I will write about it next time.
