As I mentioned in
my previous entry, my husband and I went to
Pointe Hilton Tapatio Cliffs Resort in Phoenix, Arizona on July 6. This hotel has two restaurants and one cafe, and we decided to have dinner at Pointe In Tyme located next to Lookout Mountain Golf Club.

Broccoli and Cheddar Soup |
I ordered today's soup, Broccoli and Cheddar Soup for $7.50. It was pretty good.
|
Wedge Bibb Salad |
We also ordered Wedge Bibb Salad for $10.75. We really loved this salad. Its blue cheese dressing was rich and creamy! This salad had avocados, grape tomatoes, lettuces, crispy bacon and almonds.
|
Blue Burger |
He ordered this Blue Burger for $14.25. Grilled burger was savory and good. He told me that it was the best burger he's had in years. It also had roasted portabellas, black pepper-garlic aioli, brioche bun and blue cheese. He also really loved blue cheese!
|
Grilled Flat Iron Steak |
I ordered this Grilled Flat Iron Steak for $29.95. The steaks were good and tender. I liked its fresh chimichurri sauce! This plate had blue cheese and chive potato rosti, sauteed broccolini and roasted tomato.
Breakfast
Monday through Friday : 6:30 to 11 a.m.
Saturday and Sunday : 7 to 11 a.m.

Pointe In Tyme |
Next morning, we also went to Pointe In Tyme to have breakfast. The Continental Breakfast (fruits, cereals, yogurts, fresh baked breakfast breads from the buffet with juice, coffee or tea) was $13.95 per person, and hot items, made-to-order eggs and omelets, was for additional $3 ($16.95). Because he is Hilton Diamond Status, our continental breakfast ($30.30) was free. We only paid $11.52 for additional made-to-order omelets and tip. ;)

Continental Breakfast |
I loved their continental breakfast! The quality seemed very good. The sausage tasted so good. Fruit was very fresh. The coffee was fresh and hot. I thought the price ($13.95) was also pretty reasonable with this quality. He told me that this continental breakfast was pretty great compared to other similar hotels he has stayed in for his businesses.

Made-to-Order Omelet |
We ordered these made-to-order omelets. There were many ingredients such as vegetables and cheese we could choose from. I ordered onion, mushroom and cheese omelet, and I top it with salsa verde, mild salsa sauce.

Overall
We were really satisfied with their foods. They serve delicious food at reasonable prices. The atmosphere was nice and cozy. :) As I mentioned in my previous entry,
The Reason Why We Traveled in Arizona - How We Used the $250 Hilton Aspire Resort Credit, after we received a $250 Hilton Resort Statement Credit, the foods we had here were like almost free for us. ;)
Next time, I will write about this hotel around this restaurant.
