We have visited La Jolla many times, but it was our first time to enter the sea cave there. There are seven sea caves in La Jolla, and you can walk down to the Sunny Jim Sea Cave.

The Cave Store

The Sunny Jim Sea Cave
You can pay the admission fee at cashier in the Cave Store and walk down the stairs to get the Sunny Jim Sea Cave.
Admission Fee :
Adults $5
Kids $3
This manmade tunnel was dark and had wooden stairs. You can walk 145 steps down to an ocean view at the bottom of the cave.
The view from the bottom of the cave was beautiful. It was a pretty great work out to walk back up the all stairs. ;) Some day, I would like to explore other La Jolla's sea caves by kayaking. :)

Then, we also walked around La Jolla to see California sea lions and seals. I'll write about it next time.
